Sanders Theatre and Lowell Hall are equipped to provide handicapped accessibility for wheelchair and hearing impairments.

For tickets purchased via the telephone, the Harvard Box Office is equipped with TTY (text telephone) at 617-495-1642. A customer service representative can take your order during office hours, Tuesday-Sunday, 12-6pm. For purchasing tickets after office hours, note that selected events are available for sale on the web. Click here to buy tickets online. Sanders Theatre Accessibility

Sanders Theatre is wheelchair accessible on the floor level with ramp entrances at both ends of the transept (lobby). Note: the Theatre does not provide wheelchairs.

Handicapped seating in the theatre is on Orchestra level only, sold at all price levels based upon availability..

There are elevators in the building that lead to restrooms in the basement; however, not to Mezzanine or Balcony seating.

The theatre is equipped with assisted listening devices for hearing enhancement. Please check with the box office manager or production manager to borrow a device. You will be asked to leave a proof of identification (e.g. driver's license or credit card) until the device is returned. Our Sennheiser Infrared Assistive Listening System devices include both Sennheiser RI 100-J stethophone receivers and EZT 100 Induction Neckloops for use with hearing aids.

Handicapped Accessible Parking may be available at a nearby location by special arrangement in advance with Marie Trottier, University Disability Coordinator at Harvard University. Call 617.495.1859 Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. Please contact M. Trottier at least one week prior to the event. We may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.* Also note: University offices are closed during Winter Recess between Christmas and New Years.

Lowell Hall Accessibility

Lowell Hall is wheelchair accessible on the street level with entrances at the lobby. Note: the hall does not provide wheelchairs.

Handicapped seating in the hall is on the first level.

There is one elevator in the building that leads to restrooms in the basement.

The Hall is not equipped with assisted listening devices.
