COVID-19 Guidelines for Sanders Theatre and Lowell Lecture Hall Patrons

 

For Events Presented by Harvard University Student Groups or Departments:


Welcome back to live events at Sanders Theatre and Lowell Lecture Hall!

To promote the safety and well-being of our audience, artists, presenters, staff, and all the communities we are part of, we have taken the following COVID-19 safety measures, effective October 2021:
 
  • All attendees must be masked at all times
  • All attendees must show:
  • Harvard ID
  • OR proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
    • Proof may be provided by showing one’s physical CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a photo of one’s card, or a digital vaccine record
  • OR a negative COVID-19 test
    • All patrons, including children, who are not able to provide proof of full vaccination must provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test taken within the last 72 hours
  • All attendees must attest to their current health status(e.g., no symptoms or recent exposure to others with COVID-19)
 
All patrons are asked to ARRIVE EARLY to allow enough time for documentation verification prior to the start of the performance.

Please be advised that the ticket purchaser is responsible for informing all members of their party about these requirements.

No food or drinks will be available for sale, nor can they be consumed within our event facilities.

We have improved ventilation by upgrading our air filtration systems to a MERV 13 rating.

All policies are subject to change.

The Christmas Revels 2021:
With the aim of protecting the health and safety of all Christmas Revels audience members, performers, and staff, we welcome you to our in-person performances at Sanders Theatre with the following COVID-19 policies:
 
  • All patrons must be masked at all times
 
  • All patrons must attest to their current health status (e.g., no symptoms or recent exposure to others with COVID-19)
 
  • All patrons must provide:
  • proof of full vaccination against COVID-19
  • Proof may be provided by showing one’s physical CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a photo of one’s card, or a digital vaccine record
  • OR a negative COVID-19 test
  • All patrons, including those under 12 years old, who are NOT able to provide proof of full vaccination must provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test taken within the last 72 hours
  • AND a valid photo ID
  • Examples include a driver’s license, passport, state-issued ID, or school ID
  • Children without a photo ID may enter accompanied by an adult who has satisfied the above requirements and can verify the test results
 
  • Children two years of age and younger are not permitted to attend this year’s performance. We invite families with very young children to view this year’s virtual program.
