The Dudley Orchestra is dedicated to the practice, promotion, and performance of classical music at Harvard University and for the broader Cambridge community. The majority of orchestra members are Harvard graduate students, with additional players drawn from around the Boston metropolitan area.
This spring, the Dudley Orchestra is thrilled to invite you to join us for our spring concert! Included on the program is Claude Debussy’s Rondes de Printemps, one of the great modernist’s final statements in the orchestral medium, the effulgent Piano Concerto no. 23 in A major of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with soloist Daniel Walden, and Robert Schumann’s buoyant Symphony no. 1 in Bb major - a work understood by the composer to be a poetic evocation of spring’s coming.
Ticket Prices: $10.00; Students, Seniors (65+), Harvard ID: $5.00
